Metro to Wilderness Environments

As a result, our medics have the opportunity to work in a variety of geographical locations ranging from the metropolitan areas of Bakersfield, the wilderness areas bordering Los Padres National Forest to the vast expanse of the Mojave Desert.

The Hall Way
Our medics, particularly those who have worked in other systems, are appreciative of the high standards that were introduced by founder Harvey L. Hall, 44- years ago, that are still adhered to today. As one medic states, “Mr. Hall goes out of his way to provide his medics and EMTs with the best of the best- all of the time.” This standard is fondly referred to as the “Hall Way of Doing Things.”

The Result is Exemplary Patient Care
By providing the best equipment, continuing education and career growth, it is our patients who are the true beneficiaries…and it shows:  Since 2006, more than 41,000 customer surveys have been received, with 81.23% of our customers stating Hall Ambulance provided “exemplary” service across the five measurements of success, and a total customer satisfaction rating of 93.98%.
