Allen Swerdfeger, EMT, was recognized as the Hall Critical Care Transport-Ground Division Employee of the Year, during the annual employee recognition awards at the February Shift Meetings. 

Swerdfeger came to Hall Ambulance in December 2008, and accepted a position with the Critical Care Division in July 2011.  During his employment, he has been receptive to input during his evaluations to improve his performance.  His commitment to improvement led to a perfect evaluation in 2013. 

During his evaluation, he achieved perfect attendance and was the CCT Division’s highest earner of compliments and quality surveys.  Swerdfeger’s coworkers explained that his ability to communicate and show compassion to the families is an example for all of them.
