Join Hall CCT where you will practice autonomous healthcare, one patient at a time!  We are currently seeking to add a few dynamic Registered Nurses to complement our ground critical care transport teams.  Successful candidates will have a minimum 3-years experience of ER/ICU experience as an RN, licensed as a Registered Nurse by the State of California.

EMERGENCY MEDICAL TECHNICIAN (EMT) Apply Now! Base rate $29,500 – $60,000 + overtime opportunities
Minimum Age: 20 Years-Old
Where the paramedic commands control of patient care, the EMT is tasked with safely navigating their ambulance to each request for medical aid—often CODE three with lights and sirens. On scene, the EMT serves in a cohesive role, anticipating the needs of their medic. Management support and continuing education opportunities encourage you to refine your skills as a Hall EMT. When you are ready, you can apply for Company-sponsored paramedic school to further your EMS career with Hall Ambulance.

Two to three years of experience in data analysis, Associate’s degree preferred. Must have extreme attention to detail, innate curiosity and drive to achieve flawless reported data.

Reports directly to the Communications Division Manager. Analyze and compile daily reporting for Emergency Medical Services (EMS). Collect and process a high volume of data with detailed analysis for daily reporting. Responsible for compilation of monthly reporting for Kern County for Hall Ambulance’s Exclusive Operating Area (EOA). Investigate data issues, ask clarifying questions and correct reporting accordingly. Streamline and automate system reporting as needed. Maintain compliance with County reporting requirements at all times.

Be a part of the team that processes every ambulance request for medical aid in Kern County!  Must be able to secure and maintain EMD within 12 months of hire.  Knowledge of CPR and first aid procedures.  Legible handwriting and ability to use electronic reporting equipment.

This is a new position within the Company and is a great opportunity to join our Hall Team!  Please note that the schedule will be Tuesday – Saturday, with the shift starting at 5:30am

Assists with the daily oversight of vehicle detailing, janitorial services, and the maintenance grounds at Post 1 and Bakersfield Metro Facilities.  This position is also responsible for the quality control and output of the detailing & janitorial department.  Also manages all necessary product inventory and equipment needed to perform the required duties.
