$50,000 Basic Life Insurance policy & $25,000 Accidental Death & Dismemberment and Long-Term Disability (in excess of 90 days and up to 65 years of age) 66 2/3% of your gross monthly pay up to $3,500 per month integrated with State Disability Insurance (SDI) and Workers’ Compensation benefits. The Company pays 100% of premium on behalf of full-time employees on 1st day of the month following 30 days of employment.

FLOATING HOLIDAY – Full-time Ambulance Division

Each Ambulance Division employee will be granted the right to designate a floating holiday for holiday pay purposes only (subject to management approval).  It is not intended to allow for a day off but allows for one additional holiday pay day and applies to only regularly scheduled shifts or trade days.
