Promotions Announced at Hall Ambulance

Hall Ambulance Service Founder and President, Harvey L. Hall, announced this morning the promotion of three paramedics to key leadership positions within the company. Those being promoted are Bradley McOwen, Larry Mundschau, and David Konieczny.

Prior to beginning his employment with Hall Ambulance Service, David Konieczny worked as a paramedic atJohnsHopkinsHospitalinMaryland, where he was an integral part of the Lifeline Critical Care Transport Team. Since coming to Hall in 2007, Konieczny has served in numerous roles, most recently as one of the company’s East Kern County Field Supervisors. In his off duty time, he is involved with the Williams Syndrome Foundation. David Konieczny is the newest member of the company’s management team, serving as Assistant Manager of the Ambulance Division. His primary focus will be quality of service and customer satisfaction.

Beginning his career in Emergency Medical Services in 2003; Bradley McOwen served as a firefighter-paramedic inBristol,Indianabefore coming to Hall Ambulance in 2009. While at Hall, McOwen has worked as a paramedic, and relief field supervisor. In his off duty time, McOwen is active with his church where he serves on the worship team. Bradley McOwen will serve as the ‘C’ Shift Field Supervisor forEastKernCounty.

Before embarking on his career in Emergency Medical Services, Larry Mundschau served 11 years in the US Army as a Military Police Officer and Criminal Investigator; and spent several years thereafter in the automotive industry. Coming to Hall Ambulance in 2007, Mundschau first entered the company’s Emergency Medical Technician Academy, followed shortly thereafter with paramedic school. He has served Hall in numerous capacities, including Paramedic Preceptor and Relief Field Supervisor. Mundschau is very involved with his church, and has participated in a number of mission trips toHonduras. Larry Mundschau will serve as a Field Supervisor, assigned to Metro Bakersfield.
